When I started I saw something I liked on someone else's page. I just clicked on the graphic. It took me to the page that they got it from. Most of the times the instructions are on that page on how to get the code. Then go to edit profile on your own page. Apply the codes where you want them to go. Ex: Interests, Movies, or wherever.
