to put that in something like a headline, just do [imgsrc=http://......] and put the http link after the img src. but istead of [ and ] use the %26lt; and %26gt;.

If you just want to put it in you about me, go to something liky tinypic or photobucket. Tinypic if you dont feel like making an account. Save the picture to you computer, click the upload button, look for it on your computer, and then upload it. It will then give you all the different codes.
