I change my layout all the time. If I find a super cute layout that I like that will go with upcoming holiday I would probably do it :]

I always change it for the season. Its a way for me to celebrate it too (makes me happy to see a xmas background etc) and to wish happy whatever to other people w/out having to really go out of my way if I don't feel like it. I don't know if anyone else really cares, but when I see a themed profile I take notice. Actually I always notice, so I'm sure others do too! But I do keep it for a while so that it can get around being seen.
